THE WIN CITY – A NEW ICON OF WESTERN SAIGON
On October 31, 2025, the Binh An Duc Hoa Urban Area Project – The Win City was officially launched in a vibrant atmosphere celebrating the successful conclusion of the 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
The project is jointly developed by Hai Son Co., Ltd., Thang Loi Group, An Cuong Wood, and Central Construction Corporation.
With a scale of over 15 hectares, a total investment capital of VND 10 trillion, and nearly 6,000 commercial apartments, The Win City is envisioned as a modern and livable urban symbol of the southwestern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City — creating a dynamic and civilized living environment for more than 10,000 future residents.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet – Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee
- Mr. Nguyen Van Ut – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee
- Mr. Le Thanh Phong – Secretary of the Duc Hoa Commune Party Committee
Along with representatives of the joint venture partners, strategic partners, and numerous customers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Van Hai – Chairman and General Director of Hai Son Co., Ltd., a major shareholder of Thang Loi Group, and Chairman of the Tay Ninh Business Association, emphasized:
“The Win City is considered one of the key development projects of Duc Hoa Commune as well as Tay Ninh Province. Duc Hoa is currently one of the province’s most dynamic industrial regions, home to more than 50% of the province’s industrial parks and clusters. Therefore, The Win City carries special significance as a landmark connecting industrial development with urban development toward long-term synchronization and sustainability.”
He further shared that The Win City is not merely an urban project, but also a symbol of the collaborative spirit of the Tay Ninh business community, with the participation of pioneering enterprises such as Hai Son, Thang Loi, An Cuong, and Central — all key members of the provincial business association.
The ceremony concluded in a joyful atmosphere and strong confidence that The Win City will soon become a new urban landmark in western Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to the development of a comprehensive urban ecosystem where residents can live, prosper, and grow sustainably.
